Upgrading a major transit corridor requires a surgical approach to civil works. For the Western Bay of Plenty District Council, we undertook a full-scale reconstruction of Marshall Road to support the region's rapid growth and future-proof its essential services.Precision in high-risk zones is what defined this build. From heavy-duty concrete to intricate service upgrades, the finished project meets rigorous council standards while providing the backbone for Katikati’s expansion.
